Since seeing this line in Dr. Ken Caldeira's presentation last month, I've thought about it daily. Far from a fanatic, Dr. Caldeira learned about geoengineering and immediately tried to prove that it wouldn't work. His simulations converted him.

Here's Dr. Caldeira's whole presentation (ppt)x), and you can watch video of both days of the event here. A lot of it is boringly theoretical, in my opinion. So much debate of moral frameworks as the world burns... literally.
